I've Got A New Attitude

Like success, failure is many things to people. With a Positive Mental Attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again      -W Clement Stone

A Positive Mental Attitude is all that you need to cultivate a successful mind set. And when I say positive I am not referring to “The Secret” or “The Law of Attraction” where the motto is “If you think it, it will come”. Most people do not have too much of an idea about where they’re going or what the end results of their life will be. Instead they simply rely on imitating others and doing what others do. We tend to conform, hide our true identities and label ourselves based on our outside environment. The truth is we are much greater, much more superior and much more mysterious than our conceptual mind. It is because of this that we are much more powerful than we actually believe. This can be overcome by any person who chooses to embrace the moments of opportunity as well as the obstacles that block our paths from time to time. Life only becomes hard and unfair when we spend more time complaining about problems and less time trying to create solutions. Life is not a succession of playoff games and everyday should be treated like it’s the championship. Pretend that you’re on your death bed and appreciate that time will not stand still for anybody. The reality that we live in was created in line with our thoughts and beliefs and as a consequence “what we believe on the inside manifests on the outside”. It is virtually impossible to control the circumstances created by your outside environment, however you have total control over how you react to those situations. A large barrier to developing a positive mind set is that we place huge emphasis on people’s opinions about us. Regardless of what people may say or think about you, it has absolutely no bearing on who you truly are. That is unless you fall prey to their opinions and begin to believe it yourself. Nobody knows you better than you know yourself, so why would you accept another individual’s reality as your own? When you focus on the negative, your mind will only continue to generate more thoughts that are negative in nature. A key to developing a positive mental attitude involves you making the shift from negativity to living a life always moving towards your dreams. Continue to cultivate your brain with positive affirmations. I personally use this affirmation “Every day in every way I’m getting better and better”. Below are a few steps you can take to help you with this.
1.      Focus your attention on what you can do and what you will achieve.
2.      Read positive books and do things to enhance your life.
3.      Manage your time around high value, high priority things.
4.      Limit your distractions and the time spent on Tv, Social media, email, & text messaging.
5.      Limit your use of words like can’t, wont, and never.
6.      Surround yourself with positive people who can be a positive influence on your life.
7.      Invest in yourself, listen to positive messages, and watch positive YouTube videos.
8.      Let go of negative emotions like anger and resentment, they serve no purpose.
9.      Let go of those limiting beliefs and develop some empowering beliefs that are aligned with your values and goals.
10.  Take responsibility for you own life and what you can control
·         Your thoughts
·         Your actions
·         Your behaviors

Enjoy a new found freedom coupled with increased finances when you make your mind up to seize ownership and accountability for your life experiences. Remember it all begins with one thing and one thing alone

YOU DON'T WANT IT BAD ENOUGH

A Dream Does Not Become A Reality Through Magic. It Takes Sweat Determination And Hard Work.
-Colin Powell

Ask anybody, read articles, biographies, or even look at YouTube videos of successful people. They will all say the same thing. They worked their butts off night and day to achieve their goals. You have to be willing to make extreme sacrifices to reach that mountain top. This means at times you may have to give up Television, hanging out with friends, playing video games, spending time with loved ones and even going without sleep. All successful people have made these sacrifices in one form or another. You have to condition yourself to fight for what you want, simple as that. Get a clear representation of how much money you want to make and use that image as a motivational instrument. Trust me, it will get hard sometimes. That negative voice in your brain will attempt to deter you. But you cannot under any circumstances believe what it says, make that positive voice the dominant factor in your mind. Then show that negative voice that you’re in charge and that there’s nothing it can say that will affect you. That negative influence tends to expose its self whenever you hold a good plan that can be turned into something amazing. That voice that you hear is actually the whisper of fear. Scores of citizens hunt for the easiest opportunities because they do not wish to do battle with the fearful side of their minds. Despite the trepidation there are those individual with enough balls and courage to discipline themselves to work hard. These are the select few who are able to obtain admittance to a kingdom where entrance is deprived to everyone else. Their willingness to face difficulties and hardships is like having a key to a unique confidential treasure room. Hard work pays off so beware of those who tell you otherwise. Using swift, trouble-free methods of achievement will only lead to things being gone faster and easier than they were originally obtained.  Your financial life will begin to take on a whole new shape and reach new heights the moment you stop fearing hard work. Be proactive because in order to get more money you need to put in more work.
